History -
Del Toro is a luxurious lifestyle brand based out of South Beach, Miami co-founded by Matthew Chevallard. The brand offers shoes, bags and other accessories for men and women. Founded in 2005, Del Toro originally began as affordable customized velvet slippers. The label saw much success with this, so they decided to branch out and create all types of shoes. In 2010 Matthew took over the brand from his friends and gave it vision and substance.
Design Aesthetic:

Matthew's Italian heritage causes for beautiful inspiration and well made products. Bright colored shoes and fresh design bring a whole new light to men's footwear. Del Toro's aesthetic fuses American prep with Italian effortlessness, New York and Japenese street wear into the "sneakerhead" culture.
